This small inspection cover and square frame is a durable plastic cover for Aquaflow’s 320 mm inspection chamber 66198 . Install it level with the surrounding ground or position it slightly below, so you can cover it to merge with its surroundings.

Fix the frame into a surround of at least 50 mm of concrete. You can adjust it to the level you want and fix it through the wall of the chamber using self-tapping screws. It's marked with set fixing points so you'll know where to place them. Once it’s firmly anchored, it's a simple task just to screw the cover to the frame and you can be confident that it's secured against accidental opening or tipping.
